Dean and the staff could not do enough to help, from charging my hired mobility scooter every night and bringing it around in the morning, so it was outside ready to go, to accommodating us when we wanted to stay another night, we were made to feel so welcomed, full English breakfast was always piping hot and very tasty with choice of cereral and fruit juice, room was very clean and comfortable and cleaned every day, location great 5 mins from station and across from beach, i would definitely come back, if we were to stay again in Weymouth

Fabulous breakfast served quickly and really hot. Had slice of toast and fried bread. Fresh cooked tomatoes too. Juices tea and coffee and cereals and fresh fruit available aswell Bed was so comfortable and choice of pillows two were so plump never seen pillows like it. Dean rang me whilst I was travelling down and said my room was ready so I checked in two hours earlier. Fab- usually have to pay for this in other hotels. A lot of stairs to climb to room 21 Room had a lovely big window so room was light and airy. Round the corner was a fish and chip shop, a Chinese and a newsagents. Cross over the road straight on to the beach. Fabulous staff deserve this review. Thank you for my pleasant stay 👍 😁

Location perfect, central to everything. Breakfast staff efficient & pleasant, was very well nourished during stay. Easy to access, though stairs maybe problematic for folks with mobility difficulties. Rooms cleaned regularly and all facilities you would expect..tea, coffee, kettle, TV, excellent ensuite shower, amazing view.

Close to the Railway Station something I prefer as I never drive to Weymouth these days. It's not too far from bus stops, either, the town itself and the harbour area. Situated opposite the beach and promenade so if you have a room in the front of the building it has excellent views over Weymouth Bay Breakfast was ample and with several choices although I would have liked the offer of fruit with it, as well as cereals, and it's my personal choice, but I actually like tinned tomatoes with a cooked breakfast rather than fresh

The room was lovely, clean and the shower was good . Tea and coffee making tray. No decaffeinated coffee but that was soon rectified. The location was good, 5 minutes walk from the train station.. Breakfast was very good, fairly good selection, yoghurt and more fruit would have been nice. . But served every morning by the lovely Ella , who always had a beautiful smile and nothing was too much trouble, thank you Ella..

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the owner, Dean with a welcoming smile. Dean offered a space to keep my motor Scooter so it was secure and safe. Very clean and tidy, I was on the top floor with a fantastic sea view, window was open all day and night while I enjoyed the freshness of the sea breeze during my very comfortable sleep. Breakfast was very good, no greasy plate, instead a hot plate with good quality ingredients and served with a smile, I ate all of mine on both mornings, it was an excellent breakfast, thank you! Two front doors locked at night, meant that it was a secure place to stay and the location was spot on for getting into town to admire the architecture of all the public houses!! My room was clean and very comfortable, didn't use the TV because as soon as my head hit the pillow, I was gone! Strongly recommend to stay here as I will definitely be doing again. Keep up the good work and carry on what you are doing, as it is obviously working and keeping your customers happy and satisfied. Great view, great location, great hotel!!

the owner and staff were great, really friendly and helpful, the room was great, perfect size and really clean and well looked after, the bed was nice, unfortunately though we were in the back of the hotel so not much of a view and the connection wasn't great for the wifi but if you went to the end of the corridor the wifi was fine, definitely i would stay here again, it was within walking distance of the town centre for shops the because was across the road, parking at the rear was restricted but a large over night car park was within walking distance and was free to park in from 6pm to 8am.

I liked the location and the owner was very helpful and pleasant. The room was nice and light and clean. I appreciated that they came in and made our beds whilst we were out. Also the breakfast was good and liked the hot places and fruit was very tasty which it often isn’t.

I stayed here with my 7 year old son for our first trip away together just us and picked this B&B because of the reviews. It's a brilliant location. Very close to the train station. Located in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Not too far from the funfair or Sandworld and the Sealife centre. All within walking distance. I loved it was so quite away from the bustle of business and noise. Could walk straight out onto the quiet part of the beach. Our room was very spacious and clean. Serviced every day. The bed was extremely comfortable, decent melt into pillows! A must have after a long day's sight seeing! Breakfast was amazing, the best scrambled eggs I've ever had! My son loved his bacon sandwich every morning that he said was the biggest bacon sandwich he's ever seen! Dean was very welcoming and accommodating. All the staff were very friendly. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. It was the perfect accommodation for our mini break.

Perfect Location. The view is amazing. The beds were ever so comfy and the breakfast was lovely. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it.. Especially the Dorchester room with the balcony and view over the sea. Staff are hard working and attentive. Rooms were sorted each day to a high standard
