As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the owner, Dean with a welcoming smile. Dean offered a space to keep my motor Scooter so it was secure and safe. Very clean and tidy, I was on the top floor with a fantastic sea view, window was open all day and night while I enjoyed the freshness of the sea breeze during my very comfortable sleep. Breakfast was very good, no greasy plate, instead a hot plate with good quality ingredients and served with a smile, I ate all of mine on both mornings, it was an excellent breakfast, thank you! Two front doors locked at night, meant that it was a secure place to stay and the location was spot on for getting into town to admire the architecture of all the public houses!! My room was clean and very comfortable, didn't use the TV because as soon as my head hit the pillow, I was gone! Strongly recommend to stay here as I will definitely be doing again. Keep up the good work and carry on what you are doing, as it is obviously working and keeping your customers happy and satisfied. Great view, great location, great hotel!!

the owner and staff were great, really friendly and helpful, the room was great, perfect size and really clean and well looked after, the bed was nice, unfortunately though we were in the back of the hotel so not much of a view and the connection wasn't great for the wifi but if you went to the end of the corridor the wifi was fine, definitely i would stay here again, it was within walking distance of the town centre for shops the because was across the road, parking at the rear was restricted but a large over night car park was within walking distance and was free to park in from 6pm to 8am.

The room was lovely, clean and the shower was good . Tea and coffee making tray. No decaffeinated coffee but that was soon rectified. The location was good, 5 minutes walk from the train station.. Breakfast was very good, fairly good selection, yoghurt and more fruit would have been nice. . But served every morning by the lovely Ella , who always had a beautiful smile and nothing was too much trouble, thank you Ella..

I stayed here with my 7 year old son for our first trip away together just us and picked this B&B because of the reviews. It's a brilliant location. Very close to the train station. Located in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Not too far from the funfair or Sandworld and the Sealife centre. All within walking distance. I loved it was so quite away from the bustle of business and noise. Could walk straight out onto the quiet part of the beach. Our room was very spacious and clean. Serviced every day. The bed was extremely comfortable, decent melt into pillows! A must have after a long day's sight seeing! Breakfast was amazing, the best scrambled eggs I've ever had! My son loved his bacon sandwich every morning that he said was the biggest bacon sandwich he's ever seen! Dean was very welcoming and accommodating. All the staff were very friendly. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. It was the perfect accommodation for our mini break.

Brilliant location. Our room had a small balcony where we could sit and overlook Weymouth Beach. Fantastic full English breakfast included, and breakfast staff were excellent. Comfortable twin beds.

We have stayed at A Maiden Rest a few times before & always love returning here. Dean is always very welcoming & goes above & beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. The beds are absolutely gorgeous! & so comfortable. Our accommodation was spotless, fresh & comfortable with lots of drink making facilities available too. I have stayed in Weymouth many times yet Dean's breakfast remains the best I have ever had, it's absolutely amazing!!!

Great b&b right on the sea front with fantastic views along the seafront. Dean was welcoming & friendly. The room was clean and presentable with the usual beverage refreshments available. Breakfast was very nice with standard b&b varieties. Free on street parking or pay & display is just a short walk away. Will definitely be returning.

In my room the carpet and wallpaper looked new, breakfast was good and Dean was helpful and co-operative.

Breakfast was lovely very filling friendly and helpful staff..Room was fine clean and room to move..Only thing it lacked was a towel rail for hanging your towels on and a shelf to put all your toiletries on but this didnt effect our stay..Otherwise it is a great place to stay and I would book again..
